ph334 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. ph334 does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.

ph334 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any conduct deemed harmful to ph334 or other users.
You may close your ph334 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive any termination of your account or these Terms.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph334 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
ph334 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph334 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of ph334 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ph334 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
